Very excited to see this in action soon in NYC. I think it is a bit too high concept for my neighborhood in Boston, but I’d love to see more innovation and variety of apartment buildings here.

Part of the issue with this may be that apartment buildings are not the status quo in my area (Inman Square) and the classic triple decker reigns supreme. I’d love to see some more modern takes on our regional “classic” though.

I’m sure it would provoke a lot of criticism, but I think it would also spark real conversations in the neighborhoods on my side of the Charles River about growth, urban planning and design.

Who knows what will happen?
