My adoration of the bow tie harkens back to my youth spent in rural Virginia, where “The University” reigned supreme (aka the University of Virginia), seersucker and madras were handed down generation to generation, and my mother started popping my collar at age four.
Bow ties are not a good look for everyone, but this article makes my heart skip a beat.
