Great article from this weekend’s NYT Sunday Magazine by “Omnivore’s Dilemma” author Pollan. He answers the question of why we should bother to do something about climate change and participate in being more cognizant of the decisions we make and how they impact our environment.

I read this over French Toast and coffee from S&S on Cambridge Street in my neighborhood on Sunday morning before the rush of brunch goers. Very few things get more beautiful than this.
