Six decades on, who needs the ICA? - Times Online

Richard Morrison waxes nostalgic about the ICA (London). The ICA celebrates 60 years of controversy (and Morrison contends lack thereof recently). I interned in the education department for a semester here while studying in London and didn’t have a clear idea at the time of what role it had played in contemporary art. Now it’s much clearer to me and I’m wondering what the role of the ICA today is.

I’ll be looking for a letter in response from Ekow Eshun, current head of the ICA, in tomorrow’s Times.
