- Hilary Sample & Michael Meredith winners of this year’s PS1 Young Architects Program. Their design will be constructed over the courtyard this summer and be the site of the summer concert series (among other things).

I love the title of their work “afterparty” - reflecting the state that American finds itself in today. The (economic) bash we experienced over the past decade is now being reconsidered and addressed - their commitment to carrying that over into their design is inspiring.

I’m slightly underwhelmed by the renderings, which you can view here, but look forward to seeing the real thing this summer.
