Received the English version of this catalogue as a gift (yes! yes! yes!) and I’ve been reading a few pages at night before bed.

I was lucky enough to hear a bit about this exhibition before it opened, and can only hope I have an excuse to be in Paris before it closes…. Really fascinating to consider the absense of object/color/forms as its own form of art.

My only exposure to this topic prior to the catalogue were a few brief reading assignments in my post 1945 modern art course in college on Yves Klein’s “Le Vide” - totally controversial art exhibition where he emptied a gallery and left only staging elements (I think).

Anyway, feels good to dip my feet back into the topic.
