The possibility of the renaissance of smaller American cities is truly exciting. An important issue that must be addressed is the ease of domestic travel from these cities - Berlin is train accessible to many arts hubs throughout Europe, or a relatively inexpensive flight - what of Cleveland?
Where are the high speed trains for the US???
